The Johnston Group is a local coaching and consultancy servicing businesses and individuals in the Greater Milwaukee area.  The Johnston Group offers the following services:

• Emotional Intelligence Training – This training involves developing a fundamental understanding of what emotions are and a clear definition of our relationship with them
• Professional Development & Mentoring – These sessions will help you identify your interests and skill sets, develop actionable plans for driving career growth and serve as a sounding board to help resolve complex workplace dilemmas
• Personal Coaching – Coaching aims to help clients improve their health and well-being, cultivate self-confidence, grow their relationships with friends and loved ones, develop coping skills, strengthen their financial outlook, become unstuck, discover untapped motivation and inner strength and build their lives in countless other ways
• Organizational Consulting – Our services include leadership or employee workshops and seminars, assessment and testing, driving strategic planning initiatives and even embedding our team members within your organization to advocate for employees while simultaneously supporting and guiding management

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are held face-to-face or over teleconference.  Monthly text, chat and email options are also available. Business engagements are held on-site and are anywhere from half-day to multiple day engagements.
